One Platform. Every Stage of the Employee Journey.
Running HR on spreadsheets and disconnected tools isn't a workflow — it's a liability. Missed payroll deadlines, compliance errors, manual leave calculations, and zero visibility across departments cost real money and real people. Our HR & Payroll Management System was built to eliminate every one of those failure points, without requiring your team to learn ten different tools.
Everything from the first job application to the final settlement lives in one place, connected by design, configurable by module.
The Real Cost of Fragmented HR
Most organizations reach a tipping point. Payroll is processed in a spreadsheet. Leave requests arrive in WhatsApp groups. Attendance data sits locked in a biometric device that nobody knows how to export. New hires fall through the cracks because onboarding is a checklist in someone's inbox.
The result is not just inefficiency. It is risk. A single miscalculated payroll run affects employee trust in ways that take months to repair. A missed statutory filing attracts penalties. A document that expired without anyone noticing becomes a compliance failure.
Our platform was designed for organizations that have outgrown the patchwork — and for those that want to build the right foundation from day one.
What sets it apart is modularity. You do not pay for or deploy features you do not need. Every module can be enabled or disabled independently, so a 40-person team can start lean and scale into recruitment automation, performance management, and advanced analytics as the business demands it.
Data Silos
A System Built Around Your Organization's Structure
Before any employee data enters the system, the platform maps how your organization actually works. Legal entity, divisions, departments, teams, branches — the hierarchy is yours to define, and it drives everything downstream: approval routing, payroll cost centers, department-specific leave policies, and headcount reporting.
Every job position in your organization has a home in the platform. Job grades define pay bands that feed directly into the payroll engine. Reporting lines construct approval chains automatically — when a manager changes, every workflow that runs through them updates without manual intervention.
Shifts and work schedules are defined once and assigned to positions, departments, or individual employees. Whether your teams work fixed hours, rotating shifts, or flexible schedules, the system tracks it all and feeds accurate data into attendance and payroll with no manual reconciliation.
This is the structural layer that makes everything else reliable. Payroll can only be accurate if the system knows who belongs to which entity, on which shift, at which pay grade. That foundation is built first, before any other module is activated.
The Employee Record Is the Center of Gravity
Every person in your organization has a single, authoritative record. Not a row in a spreadsheet. One record that captures the complete picture and connects every module to it.
Personal & Professional Profile
The employee record holds everything that matters operationally: personal information, contact details, emergency contacts, national and tax identification numbers, and bank account information for payroll disbursement.
Employment details — department, designation, branch, reporting manager, employment type, and cost center — are structured, not free-text. Statutory compliance fields — National Insurance numbers, Health Insurance enrollment codes, tax references — are captured at the employee level and fed directly into payroll computation.
Employee IDs are auto-generated in a format you define. Custom fields let your HR team capture organization-specific data without touching the codebase.
Employment Lifecycle
The system manages the full arc of employment, from Onboarding to Final Settlement. Each state transition (Active, On Leave, Suspended, Resigned, Terminated) is recorded with a timestamp and audit trail.
Offboarding is structured. When a resignation or termination is initiated, a configurable exit checklist is triggered across departments. Finance clears advances, HR collects IDs, and IT returns equipment.
The Full-and-Final settlement — pending salary, earned leave encashment, severance pay, notice period deductions — is computed from the system's own data, preserving complete payroll and compliance history through soft deletion.
Employee Self-Service
The self-service portal gives employees access to their own payslips, leave balances, attendance records, tax documents, and uploaded company documents.
Leave applications and attendance corrections are raised here. Updates to emergency contacts and bank information go through approval workflows before taking effect, ensuring no uncontrolled changes to sensitive data.
Manager Self-Service gives team leads visibility into department attendance, pending approvals, and headcount data without accessing the full admin panel.
Attendance That Reflects Reality, Not Assumption
Manual attendance entry is where errors enter the system. Our attendance module eliminates manual entry as the primary source of truth by accepting data from multiple capture points simultaneously.
Multiple Input Sources, One Record
Employees can punch in via the web portal or mobile GPS for field teams. Biometric device data can be imported via CSV or pushed directly through the device API. Every record contains punch-in/out times, total hours, and overtime, with grace periods defined per shift.
Overtime and Shift Compliance
When hours exceed shift durations, overtime is automatically flagged for manager approval. Approved overtime flows into payroll at multipliers defined per job grade (1x, 1.5x, 2x). Chronic lateness and absenteeism patterns surface in the dashboard instantly.

Live DataLeave Management That Runs Itself
Leave policy is one of the most organization-specific areas of HR. The leave module is built around configurability first.
Build Your Policy
Define annual, sick, maternity, bereavement, and unpaid leave from scratch. Set accrual methods (front-loaded, monthly, manual), carry-forward caps, and encashment eligibility. Rules can differ by employment type, ensuring policy compliance across categories.
The Approval Workflow
System validates requests against balances, conflicting leaves, and team coverage rules before they reach managers. Once validated, requests route to managers for approval. Status updates are automatic, and approved leave flags the pay period in payroll immediately.
Year-End Processing
Carry-forward runs automatically on the last day of the year. Balances recalculate, lapsed days are notified to employees, and encashment values are pushed to payroll as separate components based on standard formulas.
Payroll Processing That Finance Will Sign Off On
The hours an employee worked, the leave they took, the advances they requested, the overtime they earned, the statutory amounts owed — all of it has to produce one correct number, on time, every cycle.
Salary Structures Built for Complexity
Every organization has its own compensation architecture. The platform supports multiple salary structures simultaneously — monthly fixed salaries, daily rated workers, and hourly contracts can all coexist and be processed in the same payroll run.
Each structure is composed of individually defined earnings components and deduction components. Basic salary, Housing Allowance, Travel Allowance, special allowance, and performance bonuses on the earnings side. National Insurance, Health Insurance, state taxes, income tax withholding, loan EMIs, and advance recoveries on the deduction side.
Each component is configured to calculate as a flat amount, a percentage of basic, a percentage of gross, or a custom formula. Change the formula once, and it applies across every employee on that structure. The Total Compensation-to-take-home reverse computation handles scenarios where hires are made at a total package figure.
The Payroll Run Lifecycle
Initiate & Lock
Payroll officer starts the run; attendance and leave data are locked for the period.
Automated Computation
System computes gross pay, allowances, overtime, and statutory deductions automatically.
Exception Review
Anomaly reports surface mid-cycle resignations, overtime spikes, or partial-month joiners.
Disbursement
Approved runs generate branded PDF payslips and formatted bank disbursement files.
Statutory Compliance Built In
Statutory compliance is not an afterthought or a separate report you run after payroll. It is embedded in every computation cycle. National Insurance and Health Insurance contribution calculations follow prescribed rates and wage ceilings.
State taxes slabs are maintained per region. Income tax withholding is computed against each employee's declaration, updated as declarations change during the year. At year-end, the platform generates the statutory reports — monthly returns, contribution statements, Annual Tax Statement, and year-to-date summaries — in prescribed formats.

Benefits Administration Without the Administrative Overhead
Compensation is more than salary. Health insurance, life cover, meal vouchers, transport allowances, flexible benefit accounts, and stock options all form part of the total package — and managing them manually is where organizations lose track.
Benefits can be assigned by employee, by job grade, by department, or by employment type. No individual assignment needed for every new hire — assign to a grade, and every employee at that grade inherits the benefit automatically.
Expense reimbursements follow a structured path. Approved reimbursements are added to the next payroll run as a non-taxable component — the employee receives the money in their salary credit without a separate transfer process.
Loan and salary advance management handles the entire lifecycle. Repayment schedules (principal, tenure, EMI) are entered once, deduct automatically from payroll, and outstanding balances are visible to both parties in real time.
Performance Reviews That Drive Decisions, Not Just Documentation
Annual reviews that produce ratings nobody acts on are not performance management — they are a compliance exercise that everyone resents.
The platform supports multiple review frameworks: KPI-based assessments where results are measured against targets, OKR-based cycles where objective completion drives the rating, and 360-degree reviews where peers, direct reports, and managers contribute feedback.
Goal-setting is a workflow. Employees propose goals, managers modify and challenge them, and once approved, they are locked for the cycle. Mid-cycle check-ins are structured and stored, capturing progress and comments with timestamps.
Final ratings operate on configurable scales (3, 5, or 10-point). A normalization tool allows managers and HR to run a bell-curve calibration, ensuring rating distributions reflect organizational standards, not individual manager bias.
Where performance outcomes need to drive compensation, the platform connects to the compensation module. Merit increase rules can be defined against rating thresholds, making the link between performance and pay explicit, auditable, and consistent.
Hire Faster. Onboard Without the Chaos.
The cost of a slow recruitment process is not just time-to-fill; it's the lost candidate and the inconsistent offer. The recruitment module manages the full pipeline from headcount request to active status.
Hiring managers raise requisitions against defined positions, which route for approval before posting to careers pages or external boards. Applications are organized by stage automatically.
Each stage (screening, technical assessment, interviews, offer) has structured outputs. Interview scorecards capture ratings against competencies, providing a documented record of hiring decisions. Offer letters use templates with dynamic field injection.
Once an offer is accepted, a pre-joining checklist is activated. New joiners upload documents via a portal, equipment is requested, and system accounts are queued for provisioning — ensuring the paperwork is done before day one.

Build Your People Intentionally
Training investment without tracking is a budget line item, not a strategy. The training module connects development spend to what actually gets completed, assessed, and applied.
The training catalog holds every program your organization runs — internal workshops, certifications, online courses, and on-the-job training. Each entry defines delivery mode, duration, capacity, and cost per participant.
Enrollment can be self-directed or admin-assigned. Assessments are built inside the platform; a quiz with a pass threshold gates the auto-generated completion certificate, which is stored against the employee's record.
Every employee's training history is visible on their profile. Completion rates, assessment scores, and training costs per department are reported, providing the data needed to measure development investment results.
Every Document, Controlled and Compliant
Employment contracts, ID copies, tax declarations, and company policies are critical records. Managed through shared drives, they are impossible to audit.
The document management module creates a structured repository attached to the employee record. When required documents are missing or approaching expiry, the system triggers alerts automatically.
Company-wide documents (policies, handbooks) are published with an acknowledgment workflow. Versioning keeps previous versions accessible while the current version is served by default.

Data That Answers the Questions Leadership Actually Asks
Reports should not require a data analyst. The reporting module delivers cross-module analytics in formats that HR, finance, and leadership teams can act on directly.
Standard reports cover workforce headcount, attrition trends, monthly payroll registers, attendance summaries, and statutory compliance outputs (National Insurance returns, Annual Tax Statement).
The executive dashboard surfaces real-time KPIs: current headcount by department, monthly payroll cost, open positions, and attrition rates. Every number on the dashboard links directly to the underlying data.
The report builder allows teams to construct custom reports without development involvement. Define fields, apply filters, and select displays (table or chart).
Reports can be scheduled for automatic delivery — payroll registers to finance on the first of the month, attendance summaries to managers every Monday — with exports in PDF, XLSX, and CSV.
Informed at the Right Moment
The notification layer connects every workflow event to the right person. In-app notifications provide a persistent record, while email and SMS handle high-importance events like payslip availability or document expiry. Webhook events allow third-party systems to receive real-time updates when payroll processes or leaves are approved.
Built to Connect, Not Isolate
Our REST API exposes the full data model of every module through versioned endpoints. Accounting platforms pull payroll figures, ERPs sync structure changes, and biometric devices push records without manual exports. Every integration operates under its own API token with specific rate limits and permission scope.
The Right People See the Right Data — Nothing More
HR data is sensitive. Salary figures, bank account numbers, and performance ratings require strict access control at the record level. Access is defined by typed role assignments determining exactly what users can see, edit, and approve.
Permissions are evaluated at the record level, not just the menu level. All sensitive access events are written to an immutable audit trail: who accessed what, when, and from which IP address. The audit log cannot be edited or deleted, serving as the authoritative record for any review.

Service-Level Modular Architecture
Modules are decoupled at the service provider level. Disabling a module removes its routes, policies, and resources from memory, ensuring zero overhead and maximum security through architectural isolation.
Native Multi-Tenancy
Baked into the data layer using global query scopes. Every database transaction is automatically isolated to the tenant context, making cross-tenant data leakage architecturally impossible.
Purpose-Built for Organizations That Expect More from Their HR Software
This is not a feature list dressed up as a product. Every capability exists because real HR and payroll operations required it.
The modular architecture means you start with what you need and expand when you are ready. Core HR, attendance, leave, and payroll are available from day one. Recruitment, performance management, training, and advanced integrations come online as you grow.
There is one record per employee, one source of truth per number, and one audit trail across the entire platform.
